Eric L. Webb is a founding partner of Bartsch & Webb. Mr. Webb graduated from the Duke University School of Law in 1993 after earning his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Webb has tried over 30 cases to verdict. He regularly represents clients in Federal and State Courts, as well as in arbitrations and appeals. Mr. Webb has successfully litigated matters against the largest firms in the country and recently assumed a lead role in trying a $750 million reinsurance dispute. Mr. Webb is a former Special Assistant United States Attorney and United States Air Force Judge Advocate and has worked at two national law firms. One of his prior law firms was recently rated among the top five litigation firms in the country by the American Lawyer magazine and the other was rated the number one litigation firm in the country. Mr. Webb is also the past Chairman of the California Bar Federal Rules Committee for the Central District of California, Litigation Section. Mr. Webb is a member of the State Bars of Georgia, Colorado and California and is admitted to practice before all courts in California. Mr. Webb has also directly represented or undertaken work for insurance companies such as State Farm, Fidelity National Title, AIG, National Union, Travelers and St. Paul.

Duane L. Bartsch is a founding partner at Bartsch & Webb. Mr. Bartsch graduated from Cornell Law School in 1992 after earning his B.A. from Columbia University. Mr. Bartsch brings experience in government and private practice litigation. For several years, Mr. Bartsch represented the U.S. government in a variety of litigation, including criminal practice and environmental and employment-related matters. After leaving public service, Mr. Bartsch has concentrated in white collar criminal defense and business litigation where he represents numerous small to mid-sized companies. He has tried dozens of jury and non-jury trials, and he is a frequent speaker before business and professional groups. Mr. Bartsch is member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all courts in California.

Brian G. Beecher is an associate whose litigation practice areas include contract, commercial, personal injury, entertainment, real estate, probate and securities. Mr. Beecher graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2005 after earning his B.S. in psychology from the University of Iowa in 2002. In 2005, Mr. Beecher also received a Masters Degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University, the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. Mr. Beecher has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2005 and is admitted to practice law in the Northern and Central District Courts of California. In 2004 he clerked for the District Attorney’s Office, Music Television Network, and worked as a mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court.

William S. Yun is an associate who practices in the areas of real estate law and general litigation. Mr. Yun admitted to the California Bar in 2006. Mr. Yun received a B.A. in political science from the University of California, Berkeley and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2006. Mr. Yun has also earned a Masters Degree in Music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in 2002.
